Meet Joanna and Ryan! I met these two at their future wedding site, the Historic Taylor Barn in Lawrence, to capture some fun engagement photos. This isn't just your trendy country-style wedding locale... this is a real country farm with a beautiful old stone barn that can be used for events. Joanna and Ryan fit perfectly in this scene, which made my job SO fun for the morning!

Hannah: class of 2011

Yet another fun, beautiful senior session! I headed out to Hannah's place this week and met all the members of the family. By "all" I mean horses, chickens, cats, dogs... needless to say, I was on cloud nine! Not only did I get to meet them, but we included many of them in our photos- so fun!! Here's a little glimpse at some of my favorites...

I shouldn't play favorites, but I can't help myself. Belle the border collie was just too cute! She was solely focused on her frisbee and didn't seem to care about anything else. Then we have the two newest family members- Bump and Rory, the bulldog pups!

And finally we have Brother the cat. We made him pose for a photo earlier in the session, which he was not excited about! I love this shot which was taken much later... he followed us out to the field and decided he was ready to be included!

I absolutely love this shot with Royal and Buzz! Sandwiching Hannah with their cuddliness! (Seriously, they were very sweet!)

Anna: 6 months

Remember Anna from her newborn session the beginning of April? She's 6 months old now and has grown up so much!! She is such a beautiful and happy little girl, and it's always a joy to see her! Here is a quick peek at her session...

This girl LOVES her parents! We got lots of fun photos of them laughing together...

If only you could hear the giggles coming out of her in these photos below... best part of my day! :)

Lisa & Matt

You can't help but smile when you're with these two! I mean really... look at their smiles! I was so excited for this session, because I have known Lisa since college, and you can tell by looking at these photos just how sweet she is! Matt is one lucky guy! Take a look at a few of my favorites...

Yep! Much to my surprise, they brought this girl along for the session! My love for man's best friend of course meant that Ellie was going to join in some of the photos, even if chasing squirrels was higher on her priority list! :)
