Jessie!

Up to this point, I don't think I've done a senior session with anyone as excited as Jessie! Her excitement made the shoot even more exciting for me. Jessie's boyfriend Kenny came along, helping to keep that big smile on her face! Here's a little glimpse at some of Jessie's shots, but check back soon for a preview of Kenny's photos and some fun moments with the two of them together!

Richie: round two!

Well, just like we were hoping for, we had an abundance of sunshine and nice temperatures for round two of Richie's session. This portion of our session was really cool, because I was able to see Richie in his element- a place that means a lot to him and showcases his interests. What a great way to wrap things up! (Oh, and did I mention I still didn't get one blink out him?!)

Lacey

One of the things I love most about photographing individuals is finding the angles that make them look their best. In this particular shoot, however, I didn't have to work too hard. Lacey was so much fun to photograph, and I don't think I could find a bad angle on this girl if I tried! Here's a little preview of our afternoon...

Michaela & Jason

Even with the gloomy weather last Saturday, this wedding was absolutely beautiful! The ceremony was moved indoors, but the couple braved the cold temperatures to get some fun outdoor shots.  Michaela and Jason were so much fun and up for anything!

I LOVED all the little details of this wedding, especially the flowers! Michaela put her florist skills to use and designed all of the arrangements.

Jason's signature tie!

The couple chose a vinyl DJ, which set a really cool tone for the reception. And I have to say, I have never seen dancing like this before! The dance floor was full, and I had a blast capturing some crazy dance moves!!

Richie: round one!

Despite some wishful thinking for great weather last weekend, it was just not a good day for outdoor photos. So instead, we took advantage of our time by starting Richie's session indoors. Although it took a lot of effort just to get one little smile out of him, he was easy to photograph! Throughout the entire session, I did not get one picture of him blinking... definitely a first! Here is a quick look at round one of his session.

Almost a smile...

Can't wait to do some outdoor shots this weekend! Bring on the sunshine!!

Jordan

With cold weather fast approaching, senior season is officially in full swing, and there was no better way to start off the madness than with this girl! Jordan is a bundle of spunk and personality and can't keep a straight face to save her life. Here are a couple of my favorite shots from her session!
